-General-
Full Name: Hermione Jean Granger
Alias: Miss Mione, Mione
Date of Birth: September 19, 1979
Age: 41
Former House: Ravenclaw
Blood Type: Muggleborn
Allegiance // Why?: None // For now, she resides in Muggle London, hiding who she is from the world. She is too scared to stand up for herself, so she is simply trying to survive.

-Personal-
Strengths:

    -Witty-Easily Unnoticed-Manipulative

Weaknesses:

-Cannot take criticism (loses her temper or just shuts down completely)-No longer carries her wand (keeps it at home, could easily be ambushed)-Weak constitution (heavy foods make her ill)

Patronus: Great Horned Owl // Graduating with the highest marks in her class
Boggart: Death Eaters. So many she couldn’t possibly get away.
Personality: Hermione has always been a very clever girl, relying on her brain over anything else. She always thought she could do anything by herself, as long as she had her precious library and a hefty supply of pepper up potion. Unfortunately, she pushed people away from the time she was just a child. She was so independent that she never made a true friend in her life, and so when the world she knew fell into darkness, Hermione had no one to turn to. She is a stubborn, independent woman who has become crippled by her own fears. The strength she once had might be hidden deep within her soul, but it is so deep that there is no bright spark in those chocolate-colored eyes.

-Family-
Paternal Grandfather: Hugo Granger, deceased, muggle
Paternal Grandmother: Mary Granger, deceased, muggle
Maternal Grandfather: Archibald Fairchild, deceased, muggle
Maternal Grandmother: Jean Fairchild, deceased, muggle
Father: James Granger, 68, muggle, living with early Alzheimer’s in an assisted living home
Mother: Rose Fairchild Granger, deceased, muggle
Siblings: None
Spouse/Partner: None
Children: None
Other: None

-History-
Family: Hugo and Mary Granger had two sons who they raised with high morals and strict values. Their older son, Richard, tragically passed away in a car accident at a very young age. His younger brother, James, wanted to study medicine after seeing how the boy had died. He dreamt of being a gret doctor who could save everyone. Then he grew up and he realized that he wasn’t some super hero. He couldn’t save everyone. He focused on a more practical field of study, going into dentistry where he would meet his lovely wife.

Rose Fairchild was an only child of an orthodontist and a stay-at-home mum. She used to go to her dad’s practice just to touch the equipment, study the tools. She was always an eager learner and that was what drove her to study to be just like her dad. Of course, she didn’t want to focus on orthodontics. She hated the idea of straightening teeth for a living. She wanted to actually fix the problems like cavities and dead nerves and things. Hence she went to medical school for dentistry and met the love of her life.

James and Rose became a sort of friendly rivals early on at school, competing to see who was the quickest to learn and who could do the procedures the most efficiently. They enjoyed the friendly competition and started having dinner together most nights after classes, striking up a relationship that turned romantic rather seamlessly. James proposed to her at their graduation when they were both declared licensed dentists, and a year later they opened their own private practice together.

Shortly after establishing their business, the Grangers welcomed a baby girl to their little family. They raised her to love books and knowledge, to positively crave it. With them both working so often, little Hermione spent many days in the dentists’ office silently teaching herself all she possibly could. She had a fourth grade education before she’d finished first.

Personal: When she was in primary school, Hermione Granger was a peculiar child. She was teased for her bushy hair and her above-average intelligence. One day, she was so fed up with their songs about her that she wished she could have her own little room away from all of them. She was suddenly surrounded by glass walls that blocked sound, and the Grangers had to find a new school for her. It was then that she found out she was a witch.

When Hermione went to Hogwarts, she sat alone on the train. She ignored the boy calling for help about some toad or other, and instead read Hogwarts: A History for the fourth time since she’d bought it roughly two months prior. She was uncomfortable on the boat ride into the school and even more uncomfortable when she heard some students making comments about blood status and worthiness.

The girl was placed in Ravenclaw where she further ostracized herself, making the highest marks in classes but utterly failing to make any sort of friends. She kept rubbing people the wrong way as she went through the school years, being made a prefect and then head girl and holding people to ridiculously high standards when it came to rules. She assigned more detentions than she could even count, and so there were very few people who clapped for her speech at graduation.

With the threat of darkness removing supposed ‘impurities,’ Hermione was overcome by fear. No one would be speaking kindly for her. No one would protect her. No one even know who she was aside from a bossy know-it-all with a penchant for assigning punishments. And she was a ‘mudblood.’ That was the key thing that had her scurrying back to the muggle world with her tail between her legs.

Now she has her wand hidden in her bedside table, using it only ever so often in her solitary flat. She’s all but removed the wizarding world from her life, but she misses it so much. Oh, if only she could give in to the need to use the magic that courses through her veins… But she won’t. She is too afraid of those people who would hurt her. Hunt her. Kill her. Or worse. So she will live in fear until something big happens, and she will hope and pray that somehow she can surprise herself and everyone else and be a lioness instead of such a lonely eagle.

-Work-
Place of Work: Muggle Primary School
Job Position: Year 3 Teacher, specializing in mathematics
What does it entail: Teaching muggle children ages 7 to 8 the basic subjects
Why did you take this job?: Hermione always enjoyed teaching the younger students things when she was at school, so she decided to try her luck at education when she graduated. She might have attempted to teach at her alma mater, but that option did not seem to fit with those in charge in the wizarding world, so she took the position at St. Francis’s Primary School. She’s worked there for fifteen years.

-Belongings-
Wand: Vine wood, dragon heartstring core, nine inches
Familiar/Pets: None. She had a cat that was part kneazle when she was in school, but he died.
Other: Prefect badge from fifth and sixth year, Head badge from seventh year, all her school books in her school trunk, an old page from the Daily Prophet the last day she spent in the wizarding world, proclaiming the Pureblood agenda.

-Relationships-
Friends: She’s never had one in her life.
Enemies: Those with a ‘pure’ agenda, old classmates, herself.
Allies: None that she knows of.
